26 September 2025:  THE NEW LIST IS READY!   Why was this so late?  There was a major July emergency, to help and be there for an important friend in New Jersey for more than a week, and a trio of time-consuming mechanical and technical issues later.  But here I am...victory at last!  This home page has now been updated to reveal the new list which is NOW FULLY OPERATIONAL.  That took a while!  My original plan to send "PARTIAL LISTS" (Nonchart, Miscellaneous, Novelty) didn't go far.  I also found out that October isn't "loaded with all the big record shows" this year (which DID happen last year), which removed some of the urgency.

Instead, I needed to concentrate more on FINISHING my list as soon as possible (both for here and the paper list), and even the 150+ "notifying" emails for a "partial list" would have taken too long.  Those who DO receive my paper list are encouraged to order from here, rather than awaiting the paper list, if you can.

Will there be a List #100 in 2026?  I intend to do one!  It would suck to stop at #99.  There's a good chance of a #101 in 2027, too, but don't assume anything past that.  

ALL Nonchart collectors should look at ANSWER RECORDS in the NOVELTY document!  There are around 1,300 items listed, including many records up to $30 which make it somewhat resemble a "Nonchart, Part Two" section!

[.rtf VERSION]  [.txt VERSION]  CHRISTMAS/HOLIDAYS - [designated 8j--christmas] This is a large selection (as I almost always do)!  45s, LPs, 78s!  Other holidays:  such as Easter may be included, but Christmas has many many times more records than all other holidays.  THE PERCENTAGE OF TITLES I'VE LISTED ON PRIOR LISTS IS EXTREMELY LOW - mayvbe 20% or 25%??   There are plenty of "oddball" Canadian and other pressings this year.  Christmas collectors will have fun.

[.rtf VERSION] [.txt VERSION]  BILLBOARD CHARTED HITS *ALL CHARTS* except "c&w-only" items - LOTS OF SOUL! - [designated 8m--chart] 1950 to 1988...THERE’S A LOT OF GREAT STUFF HERE, 45s and a few rock and roll 78s!  EVERYBODY SHOULD LOOK..  This section includes  Bubbling Under and A LOT OF SOULl/R&B, for those collecting those charts, too.  MANY NEW TITLES have been added, many former prices have been lowered, and many other former titles have been shuffled-off to 4i, the DISCOUNT document.

[.rtf VERSION]  GOSPEL AND RELIGIOUS 45's  - [designated 99a--religious] You will find about 400 records in this section.  THIS DOCUMENT WILL NEVER APPEAR ON A PAPER LIST.  I've moved this document HERE, because I now maintain it "FULLY UP-TO-DATE".  Contrary to my usual approach, THESE are listed by LABEL instead of by artist.
